This mobile application is designed to complement Accudemia, a cloud-based academic center management system tailored for higher education institutions. Among its comprehensive features are student visit tracking, appointment scheduling, feedback collection through surveys, traffic analysis, and other essential tools.
Accudemia serves as a vital tool for numerous colleges and universities in managing a variety of student services such as tutoring centers, advising offices, writing labs, counseling services, career centers, gym facilities, disability support services, and more. It effectively oversees both students and staff members, streamlines daily operational tasks, and generates pertinent reports. Notably, it accommodates both face-to-face and virtual appointments.
The native mobile app extends accessibility to Accudemia's functionalities on Apple devices. It enables students to effortlessly manage their academic center appointments – from scheduling and rescheduling to cancelation – while providing the option to add notes or upload relevant documents prior to appointments. The app facilitates live virtual appointments and ensures seamless communication through in-app notifications, including appointment confirmations and reminders.
Furthermore, students can share feedback via the app, access their appointment history, view class schedules, read and respond to messages from faculty or staff members, and engage with the center's social activities. Additionally, tutors, advisors, and staff can utilize the app to monitor their appointments and conduct virtual sessions when necessary.
PLEASE NOTE: This application offers select features from the Accudemia cloud software in a mobile format. Access is contingent upon your institution's utilization of Accudemia.
